About the Collection
Filipino Excellence is a personal exploration of identity, diaspora, and pride. The collection reflects on the experience of being born away from one’s cultural roots while still feeling called to honour and elevate them.
Contemporary in its expression and direct in its intention, the work celebrates Filipino creativity, individuality, and swagger without apology.
About the Designer
H U R T is the practice of a Filipino-Canadian designer Rob Dela Cruz Hurt using fashion as a way to reconnect with identity while pushing it forward.
The work feels niche by choice, personal in voice, and grounded in the desire to inspire others to embrace cultural specificity, creative risk, and style as self-definition.
