About the Collection
Replika draws from the rituals of café life, repeated encounters, and the textured intimacy of routine. Inspired by Café Replika in Montreal, the collection reflects on repetition, slowness, and the way memory accumulates through familiar gestures.
The work is informed by musical structure, with harmony, rhythm, and vulnerability translated into textile language.
About the Designer
Jejune is the practice of Sophie Liptay-Abbott, whose work is shaped by discipline, oral tradition, and a commitment to process over immediacy. Her garments emerge through accumulation rather than speed, allowing memory, texture, routine, and thought to build gradually into form.
The result is work that feels intimate, intelligent, and deeply lived-in.
