Perreo Couture: Sacred Trash explores the collision of devotion, desire, morality, and excess.
Catholic symbolism meets hyper-feminine silhouettes in a collection that embraces contradiction as both concept and form. Ceremony, seduction, and irreverence sit side by side in garments that turn tension into spectacle.
About the Designer
Leidy Beibi is the Montreal-based practice of Mexican designer Kadisha Hernández. Her work merges ceremony, streetwear, and cultural memory into experimental yet wearable garments, drawing from quinceañera aesthetics, perreo culture, and Mexican popular imagery.
Lingerie, corsetry, sportswear construction, and hand embellishment come together in a language that is intimate, excessive, and sharply self-aware.
