About the Collection
Garden of Times unfolds as a meditation on migration, spring, and the quiet process of beginning again. Inspired by a first spring in Toronto, the collection imagines identities taking root in unfamiliar soil.
Through Indian textile traditions translated into contemporary silhouettes, it creates a landscape where memory, cultural continuity, and renewal coexist.
About the Designer
Mannmaya is a slow fashion label founded by Dr. Aditya Mehta, a fashion educator and researcher whose work reinterprets Indian textile traditions for a contemporary audience.
Rooted in sustainability, authenticity, and cultural continuity, the brand draws from techniques such as Bandhani, Ajrakh, and Kutch embroidery while honouring the artisans, histories, and stories embedded within them.
