About the Collection
Ishkay Ñan | Two Roads reflects on exchange, kinship, and connection across territories long before colonial borders were imposed. Taking a ready-to-wear approach, the collection honours the flow of stories, objects, and knowledge between northern and southern peoples.
It imagines design as part of an ongoing network of reciprocity, memory, and Indigenous continuity.
About the Designer
Working under the name Yana Manta, Kinoo Arcentales is an Indigenous designer from the Pacha Arts Family whose practice moves between fashion, memory, and territorial relationship.
Rooted in Kichwa worldview and the Mindalae tradition of ancestral trade, the work treats clothing as architecture for the body: a living archive of sovereignty, movement, and Indigenous futurism.
