The Event Team supports the overall operation and public-facing experience of Fashion Art Toronto. Roles include PR support, front-of-house coordination, ticketing, guest services, and general on-site assistance.
These roles are ideal for organized, adaptable individuals interested in event production, fashion operations, and cultural programming.
HMUAs
Collaborate with designers and HMUA leads to execute hair and makeup looks aligned with each collection’s creative vision.
Ideal for emerging and established artists looking to work in runway and editorial environments..
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Capture the runway, backstage moments, installations, and atmosphere of Fashion Art Toronto.
Roles are available for photographers, videographers, and DITs and editors interested in editorial, documentary, and fashion-focused coverage within a fast-paced production.
SOCIAL MEDIA

Support real-time and scheduled content across FAT’s social platforms.
This role focuses on storytelling, community engagement, and amplifying designers, artists, and partners during the event.
<new> VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
The Volunteer Coordinator supports the organization and management of Fashion Art Toronto’s volunteer teams across departments.
Ideal for individuals with strong organizational and people-management skills who want experience in leadership, large-scale event coordination, and cultural production.
